Pass through the stop sign and you'll see the circular drive for Hultquist Place Assisted Living on the left. Drive around the circle and you will see a single door with a green awning on your right.  When you enter under the awning, follow the signs to Human Resources. We look forward to meeting you!

  • GA Learning Center, Teacher

    Purpose of this position:

    Teaching special education youth, ages 6-21, who are CSE classified as Learning disabled or educationally, emotionally disabled in a residential setting.



    Valid NYS Driver’s License.  Bachelor’s degree with SED certification in special education, or in process.  Previous experience with adolescents.


    *Currently looking for teachers with emphasis in the following: Math, Music, Art, and Social Studies.

  • Child Care Counselor

    Purpose of this position:

    Provides supervision and supportive counseling to adolescents utilizing a team approach.  To protect the health and safety of residents within a structured environment.  Communication skill, both verbal and written, are essential to this position.



    High School Diploma, AA , Bachelor’s preferred.  Valid NYS Driver’s License.  Child Care work experience is preferred.

  • PM Shift Supervisor

    Purpose of this position:

    To assist the Treatment Coordinator to plan and implement department procedures and case planning activities.  In addition, this person assumes shift supervision responsibilities and serves the primary liaison with the activities and family service work departments.



    Associate’s Degree and documented child care experience required.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  H.S. diploma and relevant experience will be considered with leadership development plan (to be completed within one year of appointment).  Valid NYS Driver’s License and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office required.

  • Behavior Intervention Coordinator

    Purpose of this position:

    This position provides oversight and management school’s Behavior Intervention Team.  Provides assistance when needed to prevent or intervene prior to and during times of student behavioral issues related to a student’s IEP.  Directly responsible for the development and implementation of Functional Behavior Analysis and Behavior Intervention Plans as related to student IEPs. Provides training and support in behavior management and how this relates to IEPs in a school environment to all staff.  Assists the Director of Education in overall school management.



    Certification in Special Education, School Administration, or School Psychology.  Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trainer.  Valid NYS driver’s license.  Previous experience working with adolescents in a residential or academic setting.

  • Behavior Intervention Specialist

    Purpose of this position:

    Behavioral resource person for students.  Provides assistance when needed to prevent or intervene during times of potential crisis.



    Associates Degree required.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trainer.  Valid NYS driver’s license.  Previous experience working with adolescents.

  • A&R Lead Group Facilitator

    Purpose of this position:

    The Lead Group Facilitator is primarily responsible for serving as the lead facilitator for groups and conducting interview/counseling follow-up phone sessions for the intervention and participation in the Accountability and Responsibility Program.



    Associates Degree with at least 4 years of working with at-risk youth (PINS and JD’s), experience running groups and supervising staff required. Bachelors preferred.
